helpful recommendations peaceful atmosphere pleasant walks
the staff remembered my name and offered helpful recommendations I felt safe as a solo woman traveler the plants and overall design created a peaceful atmosphere the location allowed for pleasant walks through the medina to the action.
i noticed a slight cat odor on the rooftop which detracted from the otherwise beautiful environment the rooftop needs attention to ensure a consistently fresh atmosphere.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. I received useful tips for exploring the area. The food was delicious. Breakfast included a wide range of options. I found many spots available to relax in the common areas.
The WiFi signal was occasionally weak in my room. It was a very minor issue overall.

The staff greeted me with warmth and kindness. A bowl of mixed fruits was prepared at my request, though it was not on the menu. I was welcomed with tea and biscuits upon arrival. The staff always offered smiles and were very thoughtful, accommodating any request.
